To narrow your search results to scholarly articles, select the filters Peer-reviewed Journals and Articles.
If you change your search term after choosing filters, the filters will disappear unless you lock them. To lock a filter, hover over it to see a lock in the left hand corner, and press the lock:
Look at the Subject Headings for each record. Use these to generate other terms, or click on them to get a list of resources that fall under that term, and get more narrow results:
When evaluating articles in Library Search, scroll to the bottom of the record to find a Citing This or Cited in This link to see related articles:
Found an article that you like? Put the title into Google Scholar, and click on Cited By to get a list of current articles also using that resource in their research:
