Publicly Held or Privately Held Company?
When researching potential employers, one thing to keep in mind is that publicly held (companies that trade on a stock market(s) will have much more information written by them and about them.
There will be information required to be released by the government, such as S.E.C. (Securities and Exchange) Commission filings. Companies will have articles written about them usually found in newspapers, magazines and news releases.
