The ALLIANCE for Media Arts + Culture is committed to facilitating innovation, collaboration, strategic growth and cultural impact for the media arts field in the US and around the world.

Critical Commons is a public media archive and fair use advocacy network that supports the transformative reuse of media in scholarly and creative contexts. Critical Commons is also part of the technical and conceptual architecture of the Alliance for Networking Visual Culture and the electronic authoring/publishing platform Scalar. (about)

A Center founed in 1971 that supports the media arts community. The website includes the Video History Project that provides information about people, tools, collection, preservation, etc. on video history.

MediaCommons is a community network for scholars, students, and practitioners in media studies, promoting exploration of new forms of publishing within the field. MediaCommons was founded with the support of the Institute for the Future of the Book, and with assistance from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
