Ithaca College  Center for LGBT Education, Outreach & Services: The mission of the Center is to make the world a better place for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. The Center strives to create a campus that is the best learning, working, and living environment for LGBT people.

Ithaca College: Voice and Communication Modification Program for People in the Transgender Community: Established in 2011, The Sir Alexander Ewing-Ithaca College Speech Clinic began a partnership with the LGBT Office at Ithaca College and Planned Parenthood to offer a program called Voice and Communication Modification Program for People in the Transgender Community. This program has been a part of the clinical programming within the Graduate Program of Speech-Language Pathology.

Cornell LGBT Resource Center: The LGBT Resource Center coordinates efforts to ensure the inclusion of all LGBTQ+ students and works to eliminate discrimination based upon sexual or romantic orientation, gender identity, or expression. The LGBT Resource Center provides advocacy, outreach, education, support, and community to LGBTQ+ students of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences.

Ithaca Cortland PFLAG: Local chapter, PFLAG ​is the nation's first and largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.

Ithaca Journal: 1999-

Ithaca Police Department: LGBTQ LiaisonsThe purpose of the Ithaca Police Department's LGBTQ Liaison is to strengthen the relationship between the LGBTQ community and the Police Department. By establishing an ongoing dialogue, the Liaison hears directly from community members about concerns, works collaboratively with the community to identify solutions, and educates about recommended safety measures and available resources.
