- IC StrikeIC Strike is a student organization focused on education, activism, and allyship for survivors of sexual assault and violence. Our mission is to create a brave space for survivors and allies alike to share resources, raise awareness surrounding the complexity, variances, and effects of sexual assault, and create a network of people who are dedicated to transforming anger and frustration at a broken system into tangible change, both on and off campus
- One LoveThe Ithaca College One Love Organization is being established to bring awareness to intimate partner violence and act as an effective and safe prevention tool. One Love is a national organization with a mission to honor the life of Yeardley Reynolds Love. They work to end relationship violence by educating, empowering, and motivating young people in a movement for change. Her death was preventable if those around her knew the signs of an unhealthy relationship. One Love can provide resources to help students recognize the signs of an unhealthy relationship and intervene safely. Students will also learn what it means to be in healthy relationships. The establishment and recognition of IC One Love will provide students with the knowledge to recognize when they are in an unhealthy relationship or a friend is in an unhealthy relationship. Ithaca College One Love chapter will link students, faculty, and staff to local resources and support.
