By analyzing Anderson’s films and creating unique projects, students will investigate how Anderson developed his distinctive visual and narrative style, characterized by symmetrical compositions, vibrant color palettes, and detailed design. The course will investigate the collaborative nature of filmmaking, focusing on character development through production design and direction by considering Anderson’s impact on both audiences and contemporary filmmaking.
