TVDM 21390: Women in Media, Film and Television

Course Description: 

A critical study of the representation of women within media, film and television both on-screen and behind-the-scenes employment through meaningful panel discussions, screenings, readings, research and writing. Topics of current interest pertaining to women in media, film and television will be examined through readings and interviews conducted for publication as a part of the course research project.

Guide:

Use this guide to find books, articles, videos and websites that support researching women in the media.  This guide was created in Spring 2021 and will be continually developed.  It is not comprehensive.  If you have suggestions, please email them to me.
