Use this guide to learn a variety ways of contacting your political representatives from various jurisdictions. It also includes information on voting as well as researching political communication. During election season, the name will change from Political Communication to Be Vote Ready.

- Vote.org Vote.org is the largest 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-partisan voting registration and get out the vote (GOTV) technology platform in America
- How to Vote: 7 simple steps for beginners This primer was created by an organization called STEPS (Student Training & Education in Public Service).
- League of Women Voters (Tompkins County). They highlight VOTE411 as a great place to find general voting information.
- Tompkins County: Board of Elections I always look at the sample ballot (see left menu); it looks just like the ballot you'll fill out to vote.
