Resource: Wysa
Time: Self-care at your fingertips
Description: IC students, employees and dependents have free premium access to the Wysa phone application that helps navigate stress, anxiety, sleep, negative thoughts, and confidence-building with clinically proven self-help tools. To access the premium version of Wysa at no cost, IC members must download the application and create an account using the Ithaca College link or referral code, accessible here.
Resource: Wellness Resource Room
Time: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
Description: Located in the lower level of Hammond, the Wellness Resource Room has different tools for self-care including coloring, puzzles, fidget toys, light therapy boxes, meditation cushion, yoga mats, and more.

Resource: LGBTQ Center Rest & Relaxation Room

Description: Come relax in the LGBTQ Center’s Rest & Relaxation Room for some low-sensory down-time, bean bags for resting, light therapy, and more!

Resource: BIPOC Unity Center Sensory Room
Time: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
Description: Our Sensory Room is a setting where stimulation can be controlled and provided individuals to engage in self-stimulating activities. The room has a wide-range of materials and objects such as: variety of different fidget toys, light therapy box, sensory bottles, dim lighting, sensory panels, soft music, white noise, and soft, low seating. The need for a multi-sensory room can depend on the needs of the users in each setting and support those who gain access to the space, so we are open to feedback if there are other items needed! Location: 339 Egbert Hall (3rd Floor, Campus Center)

Resource: The Unity Student Lounge
Time: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
Description: The lounge is open as long as the Campus Center building is open and has 3 computers available to use. Whether you need somewhere to sit and study, eat your lunch without making a commute home, or you just want to watch YouTube videos on the projector, the Unity Student Lounge is a great place to meet other students.

Resource: MLK/First Gen Lounge
Time: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
Description: The MLK/First Gen Lounge serves as a nice place to study or hang out with friends. There is a microwave and seating area if you want to come and eat lunch; you can also find snacks and candy!
